Spaghetti Salad



This bright and refreshing spaghetti salad is great for potlucks, picnics, or as a side dish for your favorite grilled meats. It's full of fresh vegetables and has a zesty Italian dressing that gives it a lot of flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Follow the directions on the package to cook the spaghetti

Afterward, rinse it with cold water and drain it

Cooked spaghetti, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese should all be put in a large bowl together

Pour Italian dressing over the salad and toss it around to cover everything evenly

Add salt and pepper to taste, then sprinkle fresh basil on top

Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving so the flavors can mix

Enjoy! Serve cold
